CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY

  • Customers can cancel their order before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not
    possible.
  • Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery provided they are unused, in original
    packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Customized items, worn footwear, accessories, or items marked as ‘Final Sale’ are not
    eligible for return.
  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately at

  • Refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be processed to the original payment method
    within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is
    damaged/incorrect.
